Small, shrubby plant found on dry, north facing slope just out of Porangahau. Photos aren't that good. Leaf margins curved underneath and underside of leaf was silvery/ white (reminded me of an Olearia).

Pretty sure this is an Olearia, most likely O. solandri - can you please post an image of the leaf undersides? The circular structure looks like a gall from which the occupant has now hatched from and escaped
