    I was given this lily for my birthday. Can you please tell me if it is an Arum Lily and if so, why are the leaves going brown and the purple trumpet flowers going brown also. Thanks.

    Hi Rob, its not a traditional Arum Lily which has a white flower. The flower colour is like Arum palestinum and the leaves like A. italicum. it might be a cultivar that is not wild in NZ. If it is cut foliage and leaves they will turn brown over about a week. If it is live it can be a sign of overwatering.
