  1. Clianthus maximus

  2. I have a new small Red Kaka Beak plant (grown from seed) with some of the leaves turning whitish and then dropping off. Have you a remedy please?
    Have grown this plant previously with no problems.

  3. Leaf fall can be caused by various things - being too damp, not enough nutrient, disease. Try drying the plant out (C. maximus can grow in quite dry sites) and scatter some osmacote pellets around the base. Disease can be more difficult to identify, but if neither of these work then a treatment with a broad-spectrum insecticide and fungicide may work (I use Yates Rose spray)
