    How can I see the difference between the flowers of the male and the female? From what I see on our property the male is more yellow and the female greener and petals narrower...We are in Banks Peninsula

    The male has larger flowers with prominent functional stamens (so it produces pollen). The female has no functional stamens so has no pollen.
