cultivars. we have had prostrate C.serratus planted in a park in west auckland and it seems that there are two quite different forms that have been planted by the contractor. one is leggy < 5-700mm branching with slightly more pointed leaves and a little less serration and marbling, the other is quite obviously prostrate, more hugging the ground and divaricating with deeper serration to leaves and obvious marbling. we have not questioned them along this line yet but could it be that there are two different cultivars?, have checked a couple of websites but seen no such discussion.
