    Hi Robert - would be great if you can also upload photos of the flower from the side, and of the foliage and growth habit. Can be hard to figure out what species it is sometimes.

    Iridaceae - Dietes or Moraea - no tmy group but if you email Dr Dan Blanchon (dblanchon@unitec.ac.nz) he may be able to take it further
