  1. Small round white flower

    Trying to identify if this is a native or not, found flowering on the Mercer Bay track, Piha coastline this month. A medium size shrub with glossy green leaves growing amongst natives. First and only I have seen of this. Flower globe approx 4cm diameter.

    A hebe - which is a native species. Somebody else will be better at identifying which species of hebe.
