  1. Identification of this Celmisia please.

    This was growing near the East Ahuriri track. Is it Celmisia angustifolia?

    Here's the photo. I think it may be Celmisia densifolia rather than angustifolia. Is that right?

    Kay, I'm sorry I can't answer your question. Should be plenty of the members who do respond to the forum questions who can answer it. I suggest you try posting again to get back to the front of the list and just make sure the photo is attached.

    It is Celmisia densifolia. However C.densifolia,C angustifolia and C. walkeri all occur in the area and hybridise so identification of individual plants can be a bit challenging at times.
