    This is a long shot, but this was the only decent photo that I was sent.
    It's located in Dunedin out in St. Kilda, I have no idea what it is and the close up photos were too blurry to identify the tree. But I'm hoping someone that lives in Dunedin has seen this tree and knows what it is?

    It looks like Chatham Island akeake (Olearia traversiorum) which is widely planted around Dunedin coastal parks.
