A Psuedopanax species of some sort - possibly a Pseudopanax lessoni hybrid - http://www.nzpcn.org.nz/flora_details.aspx?ID=1198

Astrid is correct this is one of the many different hybrids that exist within the hybrid 'swarm' between Pseudopanax crassifolius and P. lessonii - soem of them have cultivar names but this one I don't recognise.
Hi guys for your info, I've found out from the caretaker at pukekura park, it's a Pseudopanax 'Gold Finger'.
