  2. Commonly seen

  3. another photo

  4. more mature version - flower clusters

  5. Looks like Jersey Cudweed to me.

  6. No definitely not fleabane - more likely a weedy Myosotis

  7. I think this is Gamochaeta coarctata or something very similar.

  8. Hi Alicia, the first two photo's are Pseudognaphalium luteoalbum I think. see page http://www.nzpcn.org.nz/flora_details.aspx?ID=2228 The third photo looks to be something else which I not familiar with. Cheers Matt

  9. Thanks everyone!
The first two i've concluded as Pseudognaphalium luteoalbum (Jersey cudweed).
    Third photo as Camochaeta coarctata.

  10. Correct - the first two are Pseudognaphalium luteoalbum - the race that was described by Achille Richard in the 1830's as a New Zealand endemic using the name Gnaphalium luteoalbum var. incanum. It is indigenous but a weedy plant. The other is indeed Gamochaeta coarctata - a naturalized northern hemisphere species
